If you ever wonder why Texas is better than where you live, I can't think of better reasons than the following.

1) Our nuts are better than yours nuts. (That can be taken however you like, you sick bastards)

2) We have no state income tax.

and

3) You can't throw an enormous belt buckle without hitting a place like this.
